TAOIST TAI CHI CLASS

Gentle walking set of 108 moves which are broken down and learned over 6 months for the beginner level. Starting from beginning in January 2008.

When?        Tuesday afternoon 1 - 3 pm (tea break in middle)

Cost?           £5 or £2.50 concessions (can be paid yearly at slight discount)
